About
NaMa Capital was established in 2021 by Nadir Khan-Juhoor.
Nadir has been involved in the Scottish property market since 1998. From working for Donaldsons LLP to Wright & Partners and then becoming a Partner at Knight Frank LLP. He then joined BNP Paribas Real Estate as a Director. After 19 years in commercial property, he joined a residential development company before setting up NaMa Capital.
Over his career, Nadir has gained experience in the commercial property sector with a particular focus on offices and industrial covering letting, sale and acquisition. In addition, he has been involved in development across the residential, hotel, student and mixed uses sectors.
NaMa Capital has been set up to continue operating in this space as well as representing clients on a retained consultancy basis, taking commercial and residential projects forward.
Recently, Nadir has taken NaMa Capital into the residential land promotion and development market, seeking sites for either private or affordable housing and working with partners to deliver the project.
